The first results (Insee Première) and the detailed tables (Insee Résultats) are published on Insee.fr at the end N+2/beginning N+3.

Individual data are made available to researchers at the CASD in the first quarter of N+3.

Aggregate data are available on the Insee.fr website and the Eurostat website.

Individual data are available to researchers at the Secure Access Center (CASD).

Access is possible on request after passing through the Secrecy Committee.
