In order to improve the service it provides for its users, INSEE carries out regular satisfaction surveys on its image and the data it produces. The last survey was carried out in October 2018 with the "General public" and visitors to the www.insee.fr website ("web users").

The barometer of INSEE's image was prepared by the IFOP research institute. This was a telephone survey, carried out from 10 to 13 October 2018.

The survey of web users on INSEE's image and indicators was carried out between 10 and 16 October 2018.
