Managing registers : BRPP and Sirene

INSEE is responsible by law for regularly updating two registers :

BRPP, Database for the Register of Private Individuals, combining the National Register for the Identification of Private Individuals and the Voter-Registration Database. This is managed via exchanges between INSEE and the municipalities.

SIRENE, Computerised System for the Register of Companies and their Establishments, used to identify enterprises : how to register in the SIRENE register.
