This survey led to the publication of a document that describes in detail the elaboration and methodology of the 2nd edition of this survey, which follows the 1st edition that took place in 2008-2009.

This document is structured in 4 parts. The first part presents the context and the setting up of this survey. The second part presents in detail the sampling method and the survey design. The third part describes the conduct and results of the survey. The adjustment is the subject of the fourth part. Finally, the appendices complete this document.

INED has also published a Data Paper describing the design of the survey and the adjustments made.
