Confidentiality - policy

The survey is subject, in particular, to the law number 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms ; to the national law on statistical confidentiality : law number 51-711 of 7 June 1951 on the obligation, coordination and secrecy of statistics ; to the law number 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016 for a Digital Republic (see article 1) ; the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) : Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. EOD is the owner of the data collected.

Confidentiality - data treatment

SARP was the subject of a survey processing sheet (GDPR) listed in the Ministry of the Armed Forces' GDPR processing tracking software. The dissemination of the results of the SARP respects the rules of statistical confidentiality.

Staff sign a confidentiality agreement.
