Overall accuracy

The precision indicators (standard deviation, coefficient of variation, 95% confidence interval) take into account errors due to sampling, total non-response correction, calibration and winsorisation, but not the error related to partial non-response correction.
For the qualitative variables, the indicators are as follows:
average (%) = proportion of "yes" in relation to all units (concerned or not)
standard deviation (s) = root (variance)
95% confidence interval (CI) =mean +/- 1.96 s.
For quantitative variables in the form of ratios, the indicators are as follows:
ratio (%) = amount of web sales / B-to-C web sales compared to the turnover of all units (concerned or not)
standard deviation (s) = root (variance)
95% confidence interval (CI) =ratio +/- 1.96 s.

For the quantitative variables in volume, the indicators are as follows:
total
coefficient of variation (CV) = s / total
95% confidence interval (CI) =total +/- 1.96 s.
Note: For quantitative volume variables, the lower bound of the confidence interval may be negative. This means that the normal approximation used in the formula for calculating the confidence interval (the factor 1.96) is not valid. In this case, the unweighted total observed on the sample was used as the value for the lower bound, and therefore the confidence interval is no longer centred around the value of the estimator.
