Decree No. 85-1343 of 16 December 1985, as amended, provided for the transmission of annual social data declarations to INSEE for the production of statistics on employment and wages. The decree of 11 December 2014 sets out the data from the nominative social declaration to be sent to INSEE.

Agreements concluded between INSEE and Acoss govern the data sharing required to produce Employment Estimates.
