According to law 51-711 of 7 June 1951 on the obligation, coordination and confidentiality of statistics, the CSA_M data that can be disseminated are subject to statistical confidentiality.
In addition, specific dissemination rules for the CSA_M have also been established in protocol n°2018_042NF signed between the Ministry of the Armed Forces and INSEE. Finally, these data are covered by the decree of 7 May 2020 on respecting and preserving the anonymity of military personnel and civilian staff of the Ministry of the Armed Forces.

Given the nature, scope and purposes of the processing carried out by the EOD on individual data, CSA_M is subject to a processing form (GDPR) and an impact assessment has been carried out by the EOD in compliance with Articles 35 and 36 of the GDPR. Persons in charge of processing the CSA_M at the EOD are empowered to Defence confidentiality.
