According to Law 51-711 of 7 June 1951 on the obligation, coordination and confidentiality of statistics, the CSA_G data that can be disseminated is subject to statistical confidentiality. Furthermore, in agreement with the DGGN, specific dissemination rules for the CSA_G have been established in the agreement signed between the EOD and the DGGN.

Given the nature, scope and purposes of the processing carried out by the EOD on Agorha data, an impact analysis was carried out by the EOD in compliance with articles 35 and 36 of the GDPR.
CSA_G is the subject of a survey processing sheet (GDPR) which will eventually be listed in the Ministry of Armed Forces's GDPR processing monitoring software.
The staff signs a confidentiality commitment.
