Supplementary table on accrued-to-date pension entitlements
The table on pensions shows all accrued-to-date social insurance pension entitlements. It includes unfunded government pension schemes and social security schemes, whose entitlements are not recorded in the central national accounts framework.
This table - referred to as "ESA 2010 Table 29" - is one of the tables that EU Member
States must send to the European
Commission (Eurostat) in application of Regulation 549/2013 on the European
System of Accounts ("ESA 2010"). The European data is available at

Methodology of the annual accounts
Since May 31, 2024, INSEE has been publishing the national accounts in base 2020.
All the changes brought about by this change of base are described in the file "Les comptes passent en base 2020", which refers to methodological sheets providing additional information on specific points of national accounting.
