CGE

The CGE is an annual file summarizing the data of military personnel of the Ministry of Armed forces and gendarmes contained in the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

It is intended to meet the orders of the High Committee for the Evaluation of Military Condition (HCECM) and to carry out studies on the numbers and remuneration of military personnel ("Ecodef", defence statistical yearbook).

The CGE is also used to produce two series of quarterly indices: the Gross Basic Pay Military Index ("ITBGI-M") and the Gross Basic Pay Gendarmes Index ("ITBGI-G").
