Punctual or aperiodic

Aperiodic survey (planned about every ten year) which took place on the fourth quarter of 2012.
The survey consists in face-to-face interrogations using a computer-assisted data collection method (CAPI). After an orientation module on the mastery of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), the respondents must answer directly to some interactive exercises on the collection computer. The respondents with no experience in using computers or who failed the computer-based orientation module, are directed to the paper-based pathway.
