The sampling frame is the file of the other collective housing managed by INSEE.

The stratification criteria for the national sample are:

• the geographical focus (regions, national tourist areas (ETNs))

• type of establishment Within the strata, the draw is random.

The survey is conducted among a national sample of approximately 2,500 establishments from 3,500.
