The scope of the survey is the same every year.

The data from the EACEI 2016 survey can be partly supplemented by ECEI-PE 2014 by being vigilant as to the differences in scope: ECEI-PE, in addition to the one-year lag, surveys establishments with 1 to 19 employees and focuses only on a limited number of energies.
