The revised Hourly Labour Cost Index - All employees (ICHTrev-TS) is mainly derived from the short-term data from the URSSAF Caisse nationale, which provides information about wage bill, employee numbers and social charges exemptions.

Since the first quarter of 2020, the volume of hours worked has come from the Social Nominative Declarations (DSN) data used by Insee. Prior to this date, the volume of hours was derived from the quarterly Labour activity and employment conditions surveys (ACEMO) conducted by DARES, but this series was interrupted in the first quarter of 2020, due to the replacement of the quarterly ACEMO survey by a flash survey on labour activity and employment conditions dedicated to the health crisis (ACEMO Covid). The DSN, a new source that can be mobilised, has thus replaced the ACEMO hours for calculating the ICHTrev-TS.
