Social rental market

Dwellings in the social rental market are :

• dwellings belonging to “HLM“ (social housing) companies

• dwellings provided by semi-public landlords and not subject to the 1948 law.

Accommodation with assistance and homes for the elderly or disabled are not part of social sector housing.
