This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2019 – Auffay devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Val-de-Scie (76034) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Val-de-Scie en lieu et place des communes d'Auffay (76034), de Cressy (76191) et de Sévis (76674) devenues déléguées.
