Insee FocusE-commerce reveals a digital divide among companies

In 2017, 19% of companies with 10 persons or more in France completed sales online. Companies with 250 persons or more were more likely to have used e-commerce. Sales channels also varied by company size. Companies with 10-49 persons were more likely to make sales online, most often through an intermediary, while companies with 50 persons or more prefer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
