Wholesale of household goods One third of the added value of wholesalers
Household goods wholesalers account for one fifth of wholesale goods sales, but they generate a third of the sector’s trade margin and added value. Their business thrived more than that of other wholesalers between 2005 and 2014. They contribute more to exports than other wholesalers, and source significantly more goods from abroad. The wholesale of household goods is dominated by groups, particularly in the pharmaceuticals business.
