Sitadel2 is a database, fed by the building permit forms processed by the training centres. Movements relating to the life of the permit (deposits, authorizations, cancellations, modifications, construction starts, completion of work) are used for statistical purposes.
The information declared in the form is transmitted monthly to the Data and Statistical Studies Department (SDES).
Information on authorisations is transmitted by the examining services within six months of delivery. Declarations of construction starts and completion of works are at the initiative of the petitioners; their recovery is later and generally takes place within eighteen months after the opening of the works.
