Survey of intra-group international trade 

EIIG

The survey measures the share of trade in goods between two companies of the same industrial group (the intra-group) in French foreign trade in 1999. It specifies the uses of the goods exchanged within the group.

Each company surveyed breaks down almost all its exports and imports (recalled by the questionnaire at SH4 x country level) according to the type of recipient (intragroup, partner, third party) and then specifies the main use of the intra-group share (resale in the same condition, manufacturing or assembly, finishing, investment).

In France, a survey of exchanges was carried out in 1993 (Globalization Survey 93).
