Définition
This second stage of the minimum old-age pension is a differential allowance which allows you to reach the threshold of the minimum old-age pension. It is still paid to recipients of the minimum old-age pension who have chosen not to receive the solidarity allowance for the elderly.
Since January 1st 2007, it is not possible to become recipient of the supplementary old-age allowance.
