Définition
Since 2021, the DUT is a two-year tertiary intermediate diploma, accessible within the University Bachelor of Technology (BUT, three-year diploma), introduced this year.
The access to the preparation of the BUT is dependent upon obtaining the baccalaureate degree or a degree deemed equivalent. This professionalising and general training aims to both lead to an immediate professional integration and to allow the continuation of higher education.
Remarque
This first short-cycle degree is classified at the level 5 in the national framework for professional qualifications and in the international standard one (ISCED 2011).
