Définition
The "Conseil en evolution professionnelle" (CEP) is a form of guidance provided to active people. It can be resorted to by active people who wish to make an assessment on their professional situation.
This form of career guidance enables to shape a project aiming at developing one's career (converting to another job, resuming or creating a (new) activity, etc.). It is provided for free by advisers from five operators which are habilitated, the names of which in French are: "organismes paritaires collecteurs agréés (Opacif including Fongecif), association pour l'emploi des cadres (Apec), Pôle emploi, missions locales (for young people) and Cap emploi for disabled people)."
Remarque
The system was set up by law within the 5 March 2014.
