Définition
The "Brevet d'études professionnelles" (BEP) is a vocational certificate of upper-secondary education.
Since 2009, there is no specific programme leading to the BEP, but students preparing a vocational "Baccalauréat" may take a BEP exam to assess their competences.
Remarque
The educational attainment of adults holding this certificate is the level 3 of the International Standard Classification for Education (ISCED-2011), and of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
