Définition

Individualisable expenses, or individual consumption expenses of general government covers expenditure whose real consumer is identifiable and the ultimate benefit of which falls to households: essentially education and healthcare expenditure, but also spending on culture and housing benefit, etc.

These expenses represent one of the two elements of the final consumption expenditure of general government (cf. Collective consumption expenditure of general government)
