Définitions

Définition

The collective annual number of working hours is calculated on the basis of the collective weekly number of hours, taking into account annual holiday allowance, bank holidays and other rest days. The resulting figure corresponds to the amount of time that would be worked by a full-time employee, working the number of hours specified as the company standard, present for the whole year and enjoying full rights to holidays, weekly rest days, bank holidays and agreed supplementary days off. It is, therefore, a theoretical figure.

Remarque

This concept of annual collective number of working hours should not be confused with the legal annual number of working hours (1607).
