These are all the retail outlets of companies which are legally independent and linked to a network head by a concession contract. Under this contract, the network head grants a number of retailers (dealerships) the right to sell one or more products.
The concession contract is based on the rental of a sign and the guarantee that the dealership has territorial exclusivity.
