Définition
This is the basic hourly wage before deduction of any form of contribution (social security, unemployment insurance, supplementary pension, provident fund, CSG, CRDS), for the population of workers and employees. The worker and employee basic hourly wage (SHBOE) does not therefore include bonuses (except, as applies, the bonus linked to the reduction of working hours) or remuneration received for overtime (for full time employees) or additional hours (for part time employees).
