Définition

Court comprising non-professional judges elected by trading professionals from among their peers, responsible for ruling on conflicts relating to undertakings and transactions between traders, merchants and bankers and to commercial acts between all persons.

They are also competent to hear cases concerning legal settlement and liquidation of goods, personal bankruptcy, as well as procedures aiming to facilitate the economic and financial adjustment of certain enterprises if the debtor is a trading professional.
