Définition

A dwelling is vacant if it is empty and:

  • for sale or to let,
  • already attributed to a buyer or a tenant, and awaiting occupation,
  • pending succession settlements,
  • kept by an employer for future use by one of their employees,
  • without specific attribution by the owner (a dilapidated dwelling, etc.).
