Définition
A dwelling is vacant if it is empty and:
- for sale or to let,
- already attributed to a buyer or a tenant, and awaiting occupation,
- pending succession settlements,
- kept by an employer for future use by one of their employees,
- without specific attribution by the owner (a dilapidated dwelling, etc.).
