The household disposable income in the National Accounts and in the household survey "Enquête Revenus Fiscaux et Sociaux (ERFS)": a comparison.
The households gross disposable income in the Natonal Accounts (NA) isx as a ruelx
significantly larger than the disposable income aggregate as measured by the survey
ERFS (+21% in 2016).
The bulk of this gapx howeverx results from diferences in the concepts and the
scope of the two sources. Controlling for these diferences restore the consistency.
Stllx a few divergences remain on some components that the fiscal data used by ERFS
do not cover as satsfactorily as the NA.
