Définition

The disabled adult allowance guarantees a minimum income for persons with disabilities. This right is available if the disabled person is not entitled to a retirement pension, disability benefit or an accident at work pension of at least the same amount as the Disabled adult allowance.

To be eligible for the Disabled adult allowance, the disabled person must meet a number of conditions relating to age, disability, residence and nationality, as well as resources.
