Définition
This total covers all general government liabilities posted in the financial balance sheet accounts of the national accounts: deposits and cash (F2), securities other than shares including derivatives (F3), credits (F4) and other accounts payable (F7). Outstanding amounts are not consolidated; they are evaluated in market value.
