Définition

The company savings plan (PEE) enables employees to build up savings in the form of a portfolio of securities with the help of their company. Blocked for a minimum period of 5 years, the sums held come from voluntary payments made by the employees topped up by the company. The PEE can also be fed by profit-sharing.
