Définition
In the sense of NAF rev. 2 (in force since 1 January 2008), real estate activities group together three types of activities :
- that of real estate agents that consists of purchasing and reselling owned real estate ;
- the letting and management of owned or leased real estate ;
- real estate activities for a third party that include the activities of real estate agencies and the activity of administering real estate.
These activities are described in the section L of the NAF rév. 2.
In the sense of NAF rev. 2, property development no longer falls under real estate activities. It now falls under the building industry.
Remarque
In NAF rev. 1, property development and management used to correspond to groups 70.1 (real-estate activities for own account) and 70.3 (real-estate activities on behalf of third parties); and property rentals to group 70.2 (rental of real-estate property).
