Définition

Definitive transactions are those that will not give rise to a later repayment or that are not themselves repayments of a previous payment. They exclude all flows which cause debt to vary in one direction or another : loans, receivables, capital repayments, payments corresponding to commitments posted in the liabilities of the body, cash movements, etc.
