Définition

Retirement incentives are one of the components of "expenditure for employment" (DPE) and include, among other things :

  • special allowances from the National Employment Fund (FNE) ;
  • phased-in retirement schemes ;
  • job substitution allowances (ARPE);
  • retirement schemes for certain salaried workers (CATS);
  • retirement schemes for older farmers, retailers or tradespeople;
  • as well as some former systems: income guarantees, early retirement solidarity contracts, reintegration allowances for foreign workers.
