Year on year, the rise of house prices was intensifying
In Q4 2019, house prices were higher than in the previous quarter (+0.3%, raw data). In detail, second-hand dwelling prices increased by +0.1% (after +2.5% the previous quarter), and new dwelling prices increased by +1.2% (after +0.8%).
Year on year, the increase in house prices was intensifying (+3.8% after +3.3% the previous quarter). New dwelling prices grew slightly faster (+4.0% y-o-y) than second-hand dwelling prices (+3.7%).

Revisions
The indexes of Q3 2019 were revised to include observations recorded after the previous publication. The year-on-year variation in new dwelling prices in Q3 2019 was revised upwards compared to the previous publication and stood at +4.6% instead of +4.3%. However, the total housing prices one in Q3 2019 is unchanged compared to the previous publication (+3.3%).
