Définition

The index of the revised hourly cost of labour – all employees allows observation of monthly developments in the hourly cost of labour, and serves as a reference for certain contractual indexing clauses. Since January 2009, it has replaced the index of the hourly cost of labour – all employees, in order to take into account not only base salary, but also premiums, bonuses, payment for overtime as well as changes to the qualification structure. This new index covers the whole market sector with the exception of agriculture.
